BOOKINGS FOR THIS GROUP ARE CURRENLTY ONLY OPEN Y TO EXISTING FAMILIES until Jan 1st : Leave your adults at the Hatch and head deep into the woods, we run our Home Ed group each month on the 3rd Wednesday of that month. Please note that for February only we are running on the fourth Wednesday of the month. There is a flexible structure to each session with seasonal craft and cooking activities interleaved with regular opportunities for developing fire lighting skills, tool work, exploration, games and free play with friends. If you’re reading this you’ll already know that spending regular lengths of time outdoors improves well being and mental health and builds resilience. Physical activities improve fine motor skills, problem solving abilities and strengthen relationships with others and with the natural world. Our qualified and experienced Forest School Leaders use careful observation and reflection to tailor sessions to each individual's needs, interests and learning styles. ​All of our leaders are Forest School Leadership qualified, fully insured and DBS checked, First Aid and Safeguarding trained.
